My teaching approach is student-centred, activity-based, and outcome-oriented. I believe every child has different learning needs, so my focus is on understanding individual learners and providing appropriate support to help each student progress. Methodology Concept-based learning – Focus on clear understanding rather than rote memorisation. Activity-based teaching – Use activities, examples, demonstrations, and real-life situations to make learning meaningful. Differentiated instruction – Adapt teaching strategies according to students’ abilities and learning levels. Continuous assessment – Regularly monitor learning through classwork, questioning, assessments, and feedback. Technology integration – Use digital tools and educational technology to enhance classroom engagement. Remedial support – Identify slow learners and provide targeted intervention and individual attention. Collaborative learning – Encourage teamwork, peer learning, discussion, and student participation. Holistic development – Give equal importance to academics, discipline, communication skills, values, confidence, and overall personality development.
