"My name is Sushmita. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in History. I am a sincere, patient, and responsible person, and I have a strong interest in teaching and working with students. I believe that teaching is not only about completing the syllabus but also about helping students understand concepts, develop curiosity, and become confident learners. As a teacher, I would try to create a friendly and disciplined classroom where every student feels comfortable asking questions and participating. My strengths are patience, communication skills, willingness to learn, and the ability to understand students’ needs. I am always ready to improve myself and learn new teaching methods.
