Student-centred and inquiry-driven approach focused on conceptual understanding, critical thinking, collaboration and real-world application. I use experiential and differentiated learning strategies to engage learners and encourage them to question, explore, reflect and apply their learning.

Successfully contributed to and led key processes towards school authorization, strengthening systems, practices and a shared understanding of the curriculum. My work has focused on building a culture of inquiry, reflective practice and continuous improvement, with a positive impact on teaching-learning practices and student engagement.
