"I am an educator and school leader with over 7 years of experience in the field of education, with a background spanning teaching, academic administration and school leadership. I have served as the Headmistress of Air Force School, Suratgarh, where I was responsible for academic planning, staff supervision, student development, parent engagement, school policies, discipline and overall school administration. My experience as a teacher has also helped me develop strong skills in curriculum planning, differentiated instruction, student assessment and classroom engagement. I hold a B.A. (Hons.) in English Literature, a B.Ed., and an A Grade in the NCC C Certificate. I am passionate about creating a positive learning environment where students develop not only academically, but also in confidence, curiosity and character."
