Professional Experience With more than 25 years of teaching experience, I have gained extensive exposure to classroom teaching, curriculum implementation, lesson planning, student assessment, academic monitoring, classroom management, co-curricular activities, and student mentoring. This long teaching experience has provided me with a strong understanding of the academic, emotional, social, and developmental needs of students across different age groups. Teaching for more than two decades has also helped me understand the challenges faced by teachers in the classroom. In addition to teaching, I have accumulated 10+ years of administrative experience, during which I have developed strong capabilities in institutional management and leadership. My administrative responsibilities have included coordinating academic activities, supervising staff, maintaining discipline, interacting with parents, supporting admissions and enrollment initiatives, managing fee-related processes, recruiting suitable staff, organizing faculty development activities, monitoring institutional requirements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
