Teaching methodology
My teaching approach is student-centered, inclusive, and focused on conceptual understanding rather than rote memorization. I believe students learn best when they are encouraged to ask questions, participate actively, and connect classroom learning with real-life situations. I aim to create a supportive classroom environment where students feel comfortable expressing their ideas and learning from their mistakes.
Results & impact
- Improved students’ conceptual understanding and academic confidence through personalized teaching and regular feedback. Helped students address learning gaps, develop better study habits, and become more active and independent learners.
