"Experienced English educator with 18+ years of experience in CBSE and State Board schools, with teaching exposure from Classes IV to XII. An M.A. in English Literature and M.Ed., with seven years of experience in CBSE Class X Board Evaluation. Have also served as a Headmistress for two years, gaining experience in school administration, teacher coordination, academic planning and student management. Currently working as an English teacher at Bharti Krishna Vidya Vihar, Nagpur, along with the additional responsibility of CCA In-Charge, coordinating activities across different subjects and grade levels. I have always believed that education should develop not only academic ability but also confidence, communication, creativity, discipline and independent thinking.
