"I am Krishan Kumar Shakya, currently serving as an Assistant Professor-cum-Course Coordinator in the Department of Special Education (Hearing Impairment). I am passionate about advancing inclusive education and have experience in teaching, academic coordination, teacher training, and rehabilitation education. My areas of expertise include hearing impairment, speech and audiology, language and communication, educational psychology, and inclusive classroom practices. Throughout my academic career, I have contributed to curriculum development, coordinated RCI-approved CRE programmes, and delivered seminars and webinars as a keynote speaker and resource person. I have also published research papers, book chapters, and books on disability, inclusion, and educational technology. I remain committed to promoting quality education, conducting meaningful research, and supporting the professional development of educators to create more inclusive learning enviroment."
