About
"CTET and UPTET-qualified PGT Political Science and Social Studies educator with 1.5+ years of classroom experience across
Classes 6–12, spanning ICSE and NCERT/CBSE curricula. Skilled in case-study and discussion-based pedagogy, structured
answer-writing training, and board/competitive-exam preparation, with a consistent record of improving student exam
readiness and classroom engagement."
Teaching methodology
Case-study and discussion-based pedagogy for Political Science and Social Studies, paired with structured answer-writing training for board and competitive-exam readiness. I use competency-based education (CBE) principles with differentiated instruction, adapting explanations and practice material to individual student needs, and reinforce concepts through regular doubt-solving and revision sessions.
Results & impact
- Led enrolment growth from 20 to 120 students and helped expand the faculty team from 3 to 8 at Wizard Academy, while coordinating new batches for Classes 9–12 and competitive-exam programmes. In private tutoring, maintained a 90%+ demo-to-enrolment conversion rate and consistently high student retention through full academic sessions, reflecting strong learning outcomes and parent satisfaction.
