"I am Niranjan Dixit, a seasoned swimming coach with a strong background in coaching competitive athletes. I have extensive experience in coaching swimming and water polo, with notable achievements including captaining the Maharashtra Water Polo Team and winning multiple medals in national championships. My coaching experience includes working as a Swim Coach at Legacy Sports Club, Bluewater Swimming Academy and Deccan Gymkhana in Pune, Maharashtra. In these roles, I maintained open communication with parents and guardians, guided students through various swimming strokes and strategies, and adapted teaching methods to suit the developmental age and abilities of students. Additionally, I have experience as a Water Polo Coach at the University of Pune and Deccan Gymkhana Club, where I trained athletes in water polo fundamentals, strength, stamina, and flexibility. I hold a Bachelor of Computer Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing from Pune University.."
