# Teaching Methodology
My teaching methodology is based on making learning simple, interesting, and enjoyable for young children. With 14 years of experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher, I believe that children learn better when they feel happy, safe, and comfortable in the classroom.
I use **play-way and activity-based learning** methods to teach children. I include stories, rhymes, songs, games, drawing, colouring, craft, role play, and simple classroom activities to make concepts easy to understand. I encourage children to participate actively instead of only listening to the teacher.
I understand that every child is different and learns at their own pace. Therefore, I give individual attention to children who need extra support and encourage every child according to their ability. I use simple language and repeat concepts when required so that children can learn with confidence.
I focus on developing not only academic skills but also good habits, communication skills, confidence, creativity, discipline, sharing, and cooperation. I maintain a positive and friendly classroom environment where children feel free to ask questions and express themselves.
I also believe in regular communication with parents to understand the child's progress and work together for their overall development. My main aim is to make learning a happy experience and build a strong foundation for the child's future education.
