"I am an experienced and dedicated education professional with over two decades of experience in teaching, academic leadership and school administration. I have worked as a PGT English, college lecturer, coordinator, Headmistress and Principal, gaining extensive experience in curriculum planning, teacher development, student management, CBSE guidelines and overall school administration. I believe in creating a positive, disciplined and inclusive learning environment where students are encouraged to become confident, responsible and lifelong learners. I am a proactive leader who believes in teamwork, continuous improvement and maintaining strong relationships with teachers, students and parents.
