My teaching philosophy is centred on conceptual clarity rather than rote memorisation. I believe students perform at their best when they understand the why behind every concept, develop deep logical thinking, and gain the confidence to apply their knowledge independently. Alongside academics, I lead & coordinate a wide range of student-led initiatives & experiential learning programmes. These currently include clubs, Impact Initiatives, Business Challenge, Sports Night, INCUBATE, an innovative integration of the Business Challenge and Science Challenge. I also contribute to the planning, coordination and execution of BMUN. My approach extends beyond classroom teaching—I focus on creating opportunities where students can think, question, apply, experiment, collaborate & lead. Whether in Accounting, Statistics or entrepreneurship, my objective is to simplify complex ideas, build strong conceptual foundations & develop students who are confident enough to think beyond the textbook. My core belief: When the concept is clear, confidence follows—& when students understand the logic, learning becomes meaningful.
