My teaching methodology is student-centred, practical, and concept-oriented. I focus on making every concept simple, clear, and relevant to students’ academic and practical lives. I use a combination of interactive teaching, real-life examples, case studies, discussions, questioning, presentations, and activity-based learning to encourage students to participate actively in the learning process. In subjects such as Accountancy, Economics, Business Studies, and Taxation, I connect theoretical concepts with practical business situations and current economic developments. I believe in teaching from basic concepts to advanced applications while regularly assessing students through class discussions, assignments, tests, and individual feedback. I identify students’ learning difficulties and provide additional support wherever required. I also encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, communication skills, and analytical ability rather than focusing only on memorisation. Along with academic development, I aim to develop students’ discipline, confidence, responsibility, and overall personality. As a teacher and administrator, I believe in maintaining a positive classroom environment, effective communication with students and parents, proper academic planning, and systematic monitoring of students’ progress.
