"I am a Compassionate and person-centred Special Education professional with a strong foundation in Clinical and Health Psychology and over three years of experience supporting children and young adults with autism, learning disabilities, and diverse support needs across the UK and India. I am Passionate about creating safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments where every learner feels valued, understood, and empowered to reach their unique potential. I believe that meaningful progress begins with genuine relationships built on trust, respect, and empathy. My practice is guided by a strengths-based approach, recognising each individual's abilities while providing tailored support that promotes communication, emotional wellbeing, independence, and confidence. I have experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), Positive Behaviour Support strategies, life skills programmes, and trauma-informed interventions that respond to each learner's unique needs. Committed to working collaboratively with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams, I strive to foster inclusive learning environments where neurodiversity is celebrated and every child has the opportunity to participate, grow, and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally."
