Teaching methodology
I adopt a student-centred and relationship-based approach that prioritises emotional wellbeing, inclusion, and individual strengths. I believe students learn best when they feel safe, understood, and supported. My approach combines positive behaviour support, social-emotional learning, trauma-informed practice, and collaborative problem-solving to help students build confidence, resilience, and independence.
