"I am an academically motivated postgraduate with a strong passion for teaching and learning. I completed my Bachelor’s degree from West Bengal State University with a CGPA of 9.53 and my Master’s degree from Banaras Hindu University with a CGPA of 8.73. During my Master’s, I completed a thesis that developed my research, analytical, academic writing, and critical-thinking skills. I also completed a training programme from Antara on Geriatric Mental Health and Dementia Care, enhancing my knowledge and interpersonal skills. As a fresher, I may not have formal teaching experience, but I genuinely enjoy teaching and look forward to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for students."
