I use a learner-centered approach grounded in Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) frameworks. Every learner receives an individualized plan based on their unique strengths, sensory needs, and pace of learning. I break down complex concepts into small, structured steps, use visual supports and assistive technology, and continuously adapt materials based on real-time progress data rather than a one-size-fits-all curriculum.
