My greatest strengths include collaborative leadership, strategic planning, and empowering educators to develop their leadership and instructional skills and identification/implementation of organisational programs. I foster strong working relationships with local and school communities and facilitate the integration of initiatives designed to enhance the school environment.

Experienced UG/PG University level English teacher with NET-JRF English and passion for school curriculum, especially IB, CBSE and ISC and a strong advocate of inter-disciplinarity. I have been studying day and night, often trying to bridge the study between the school and college, and therefore, especially interested in the IB curriculum, after having basic familiarity with the ISC and CBSE ones.

Looking forward to expand my knowledge in some of my favourite subjects to the younger generations. Preparing them for the sheer pressure that is meant to break them, but teaching them resilience and the art of growing.
