Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time on-site at Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir Borivali in Mumbai. The role involves creating visual assets for print and digital channels, including posters, brochures, social media graphics, and school event materials. The Graphic Designer will develop and refine logos, maintain brand consistency across all communication, and design layouts that align with the school’s values and visual guidelines. Daily tasks include collaborating with academic and administrative teams, understanding design requirements, preparing design concepts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality graphics. The role also includes adapting designs for various formats, preparing files for print and web, and updating existing materials as needed. Knowledge of Audio/Video editing and relevant software will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual communication. Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the school. Proficiency in Typography and layout design, ensuring readability and aesthetic balance in all materials. Working knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent). Ability to translate creative briefs into effective designs and to incorporate feedback constructively. Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field; prior experience in education or institutional design is an advantage.
