Job Description – TGT Social Science (SST) Teacher
Position: TGT Social Science (SST) Teacher Location: Orchids International School
Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Social Science lessons for Grades 6–10. Teach subjects such as History, Geography, Civics, and Economics as per the curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching resources. Encourage critical thinking, analytical skills, and active classroom participation. Assess student performance, maintain academic records, and provide timely feedback. Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment. Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and faculty development programs.
