Howard Memorial School

Howard Memorial School was started in 1963 by an English lady Miss R. E. Gess who wanted to impart education in English to the students of Dum Dum, Kolkata. From its inception, the school has been running smoothly and gaining popularity day by day. Earlier, it was running as a Primary school till class VI. After her demise and inspired by her thoughts, idea, and action, the society, which is now running the school, had decided to make the school a Secondary and Senior Secondary School under C.I.S.C.E, Delhi. The school has a branch at Kashipur Bhangar II, South 24 Pgs. which is running successfully from 2012 catering to the need of the students. The school is amidst full greenery with airy and spacious classrooms and the school is equipped with 3 Science laboratories, Computer laboratory, and Smart classes. It is involved in all types of sports activities, yoga and cultural programmes in both the branches.
