Tbetan Homes School Established in 1962, Tibetan Homes School in Mussoorie is affiliated to CBSE board. It is a boarding cum day school. It is situated in a pollution-free environment keeping in mind the safety of children. The students have all liberty to pursue their interest by taking part in various activities and competitions that are conducted in the school—the school grades up to class 12. Various activities undertaken in the school are art and craft, creative writing, dramatics, drawing competitions, essay competitions, extempore, debating, elocution, poem competitions and quizzing. To keep various traditions and culture alive in the minds of the students, the school celebrates Tibet week annually. The teachers are well versed in their subjects and teach children with utmost sincerity. The strength of the school in terms of children is 1500, and there are approximately 60 teachers imparting knowledge.
