Role: Accountant
We are hiring an experienced Accountant to join our team for the upcoming academic session. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the No Board curriculum, mentor students, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards and engage every learner
- Assess, record and report on student progress using both formative and summative tools
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership
- Participate in CCAs, parent–teacher meetings and professional-development sessions
Qualifications
- Post-graduate / graduate degree in the relevant subject
- B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification) preferred
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills
- Comfortable with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms

About Balak Mandir Sanstha
<p>In the history, city like Kalyan which is in the Thane district. Late Mrs. Indumati Deodhar started a nursery named ‘Matrumandir’. The intention to create educated well cultured, well mannered student and also to inculcate good virtues in their mind. And now in Kalyan this Mandir has transferred into a huge banyan tree in the form of “Balak Mandir Sanstha”. Today in Kalyan there are 3 Marathi medium as well as three Eng. medium schools which are well equipped with educational aids. There are total 5,000 students who are taking educational, social, virtual guidance and 200 teaching and non teaching staff. The result of these efforts is that there is 100% result of Eng. Medium School for S.S.C. Examination and every year there are students who shine on the merit list of S.S.C. board from Capt. Oak High School</p>
