Teaching methodology

My teaching methodology is based on a student-centred, activity-oriented, inclusive, and outcome-based approach, with the objective of developing not only academic competence but also critical thinking, creativity, communication skills, leadership qualities, and responsible citizenship. With my academic background in Geography and Management and more than 13 years of professional experience in government educational projects and WB, CBSE, and ICSE/ISC schools, I believe that effective teaching should connect classroom learning with real-life situations and practical experiences.
