About
"I’m a school leader and early childhood education strategist dedicated to designing joyful, inquiry-based learning experiences that help young learners thrive. With over 11 years leading pre-primary and primary teams, I specialize in curriculum innovation, teacher mentoring, and evidence-based instructional leadership — driving measurable growth in student engagement and learning outcomes. Throughout my career, I’ve built and scaled programs that strengthened teacher capacity, fostered strong parent-school partnerships, and improved classroom performance through data-informed decision-making. I’ve led cross-functional teams, streamlined administrative systems, and championed inclusive practices that ensure every child feels supported and inspired. I believe great schools are built on compassionate leadership, continuous improvement, and a culture of curiosity. I bring strategic vision + hands-on execution to every challenge, and I’m passionate about connecting with educators & leader"
