Job description
Gd Goenka International School in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh is on the lookout for a Vice Principal. The school values educators who care about classroom culture as much as curriculum delivery. Gd Goenka International School, established 2019, runs as a senior secondary campus in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh — a CBSE-affiliated school. The school believes a strong campus is built on its teachers and works to be a place where faculty want to stay. Position: as Vice Principal, you are part of the school's leadership group. The role demands strong judgement, calm execution, and a clear point of view on what good schooling looks like. Day to day, you will:
- Run faculty meetings, academic reviews, and section-level planning.
- Observe classes, give actionable feedback, follow up on teacher development.
- Approve calendars, assessment papers, and major parent communication.
- Engage with leadership on hiring, budgets, and infrastructure needs.
- Spend time on the floor — corridors, classrooms, labs — to read the school accurately. Candidate requirements:
- Senior educator with a balanced view of academics and operations.
- Proven ability to mentor teachers and improve outcomes over time.
- Strong stakeholder management — board, parents, regulators, vendors.
- Comfortable with data — assessments, attendance, faculty metrics.
- A long-term thinker who can also execute well in the short term. Benefits and culture:
- Salary in line with experience and market norms (₹7.4 LPA – ₹13.5 LPA).
- Structured calendar with reasonable workload expectations.
- Professional development through workshops and internal training.
- A collaborative staff culture with clear leadership backing.
- Stable, full-time employment at a settled school. Send your CV through this listing — no separate email is required for Gd Goenka International School. The hiring lead reaches out personally to take qualifying candidates forward.
