About

"Ph.D. (Business Management, MNNIT Allahabad) and UGC-NET JRF, with 12 years teaching Commerce and Management at UG and PG level. Currently Senior Facilitator at Regenesys Business School, teaching Strategy, HRM, Organisational Behaviour and Change Management. Three ABDC-listed publications, patent holder, and supervisor to three doctoral and five MBA candidates."

Teaching methodology

Case-based and evidence-led. I teach management through live business cases, applied projects and data exercises rather than lecture-only delivery, so students leave able to use frameworks on real problems. I integrate AI and analytics tools into postgraduate coursework where they add rigour.

  • Three peer-reviewed publications in ABDC-listed journals (Emerald), including two as sole author in 2025. Granted patent (2022). Peer reviewer for Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Management Decision and others. Supervising three doctoral candidates; five MBA dissertations completed.
