About
"I am Swati Gupta, a PGT Commerce educator and UGC NET-qualified professional with over five years of experience teaching senior-secondary students in CBSE and international schools. My primary areas of expertise are Accountancy andBusiness Studies. I strongly believe that Commerce should be taught through clear concepts, practical examples, and analytical thinking so that students are able to understand why a concept works rather than simply memorising it. Throughout my career, I have taken on responsibilities beyond teaching, including working as a Class Teacher, Activity In-Charge, and Program Coordinator. I have hands-on experience in CBSE curriculum planning, assessment design, board examination preparation, classroom management, student mentoring, and academic intervention programmes. I have also served as a Board Invigilator, External Examiner, and Evaluator, which has given me valuable exposure ."
