About
"I am an education professional with nearly 10 years of experience in teaching, academic coordination, curriculum planning, student mentoring, examinations, and school operations across CBSE and Matriculation systems. Currently serving as a Trainee Principal, I am gaining hands-on experience in academic leadership, school administration, academic audits, teacher development, examination management, student interventions, parent engagement, staff coordination, and institutional operations. With a background in Zoology and Biological Sciences and experience as a Senior Secondary Biology Faculty and Academic Coordinator, I bring together subject expertise, academic management, and emerging leadership capabilities. I believe in student-centred education, collaborative leadership, evidence-based decision-making, accountability, and continuous improvement. My goal is to grow as a people-oriented and future-focused school leader who contributes meaningfully to academic excellence and growth."
